Brockport - Bonnie D. Ford passed away on October 9, 2025 at the age of 68. She is survived by her children, Lee (Erin) Johnston and Paul (Amy) Johnston; and her grandchildren, Cole, Ava, Ethan, Charles, Paul, and Kody. Bonnie was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Loretta Snyder; and her brother, Steve Snyder.

Bonnie worked for many years as a Nurse’s Aide at Brookdale Assisted Living, where she cared deeply for each resident and treated them like family. Her compassion extended far beyond her work — she had a lifelong love of animals, especially her beloved dogs and her unforgettable pet raccoon, Ricky. She also had a special fondness for dolphins and found great peace and joy near the ocean.

When she wasn’t caring for others or spending time with her animals, she loved taking vacations and enjoying the simple pleasures of life in Daytona Beach — from the warm sun and sea breeze to time spent with friends and family.

Bonnie touched countless lives through her kindness and dedication to helping others.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 6:00 - 7:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, NY 14468, where her Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm. Interment in Beechwood Cemetery.
