Obituary of Beverly Elaine Olney

Spencerport - Beverly Elaine Olney - After 67 years of being an angel here on Earth, Beverly Elaine Olney is now a guardian angel for the countless friends and family who she steadfastly loved. She passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2021 with her loving husband of 47 years by her side. 

Beverly’s life, although short, was complete. She devoted herself to her family and lived a life grounded in abundance and gratitude. She knew how to find the good in every situation and within every person. She was Love’s boots on the ground and made this world a kinder and gentler place. In addition to knowing the secret to the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe, Beverly also knew the secret of life and modeled it to her children and grandchildren; "Surround yourself with good people and love them well". 

Beverly was born on November 13, 1953 to her parents she adored, Dorris and Dowler (Pete) King. Beverly is survived by her loving husband Ralph. Their 47-year marriage was a match made in Heaven and they were the best of friends. Beverly is also survived by her children, Brian (Kerri) Olney, Suzanne (Patrick) Dailey; her grandchildren, Megan & Elizabeth Olney, Emerson & Ryan Dailey; her siblings, Mark (Lisa) King, Lenore (Charles)Hynes; Judy (Scott) Worrell, and Carol (Jack) Shaw. 
Visitation will be on Friday, July 16, 2021 from 4-7 pm at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Hilton.  Beverly’s Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 10 am at the Morton Baptist Church, 1152 County Line Road, Morton. Beverly helped plan her service, and it will honor her life and contributions to those she loved.
