Joanne had a big heart. Any time we spent time with her, you felt like you were the apple of her eye. She doted on our children, and Don and I feel like we had the best children in the world! That was just her personality to make everyone feel special. We always felt loved and happy around Joanne. I pray for everyone whose lives she touched. In the bible it says “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also." I saw a picture in my mind of Joanne being up in heaven at the gates, being part of the welcoming committee, giving everyone a great big hug and making a joyful fuss as everyone come through.
