Obituary of Richard D. Oliver

Hamlin - Richard D. "Dwayne" Oliver passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at the age of 62. He is survived by his loving companion, Tammy Castrechino; his children, Pamala (Justin) Ladiges and Kellie Payton-Rivers; his brother, Johnny Oliver; his grandchildren, Timothy Kuehne, Aurora Ladiges, Donnell Hall, Kumari Vasciannie, Aleena Payton-Rivers and Arabella Castrechino; Tammy's children, Cody (Chelsea) Castrechino and Dakota (Kelsey Mulholland) Castrechino; several nieces and nephews; and many close friends. Rich was predeceased by his sister, Shirley Baier.

Rich was always dedicated to his family at home, and was a very dedicated employee and coworker at Waste Management for many years, and never missed a day of work. He was kind to everyone, always with an amazing sense of humor, and he loved to laugh. He enjoyed camping and taking trips with his children every year. Rich enjoyed spending countless hours with his true lifelong friend, Roscoe.

Visitation hours will be held on Saturday, April 30 from 11 AM - 2 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton, where his Memorial Service will take place at 2 PM.
