Obituary of Shirley Mae Ophardt

Brockport/Hamburg, NY - Shirley M. Ophardt passed away on July 15, 2022 at the age of 76. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Robert) Bender and Karen Ainsworth; her grandchildren, Courtney (Eric) Schutt, Dana Bender, Jacob Bender, Aidan (Dani) Ainsworth and Addison Ainsworth; and her great-granddaughter, Parker Schutt.  Shirley was predeceased by her parents, William and Marion Ophardt; and her sisters, Patricia Hardenbrook, Norma Durrant and Mary Lusk.

Shirley was a Veteran of the US Army. She was employed by General Motors Corp. of Rochester in previous years. She enjoyed crafting, flower gardening, cats and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

Friends are invited to attend Shirley's Funeral Service on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton. Interment will be held in Parma Union Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
