To Sheila and Family

I am so sorry to hear about Buck's passing. The Mercer/Ottman family has been blessed to have grown up considering the VanOrden family as family. I cannot count the number of times one of us would seek out Buck to help us fix something, or all the Christmas parties we enjoyed together, or all the tears we shared.

I know my mother and father are welcoming Buck into heaven.

To Shelia and Family,

I am sorry to learn about Elmer's passing. I didn't know him very well, but I knew he was a wonderful husband and father. It won't be easy to get through these next two months, I know that with your family and friends you will have the support you will need to weather the months ahead. I am still trying to get through the loss of my wife Carol, it will be just 3 years on the 24th of November that I lost her. I found this poem; I hope will help you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this time.

Those we love can never be, more than a thought away ~
