Obituary of Audrie C. Gillette

Greece - Audrie C. Gillette passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Iva Unterborn. She is survived by her children, Debbie Gillette and Darren (Louise) Gillette; her grandchildren, Holly Gillette, Jordan Gillette, Ashley (Qais) Tawaf, Michael Gillette, Brittany Terhaar, Benjamin Haller, Natalie Haller, Kelly Langdon, and Justin Langdon; and her great-grandchildren, Harper Suhr, Jordan Gillette, Zayn Tawaf, and Annabelle Haller; her sister, Nancy Worden; her nephews and nieces, Stephen (Barbera) Worden, Heather Reyes, Jordan Sackrider, and Jessenia Holdgate; her cousin and her daughter, Ann Kastberg and Katrina; and her former husband of many years, John Gillette. 

Audrie was the proud owner of her own floral shop. She enjoyed traveling, particularly going on cruises. She loved flowers, photography, and camping. Her home was always open to the neighborhood kids, and she was like a second mother to them all. She enjoyed taking them all camping and to other sporting events. She loved her grandchildren deeply and was a tremendous part of their upbringing. She will be missed by all of her family and friends.

Friends and family are invited to call Tuesday, May 2nd from 4-7 p.m. at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton, where her Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
