Obituary of Dana G. Sullivan Jr.

Waterloo - Dana G. Sullivan Jr. passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Pamela Head Sullivan; his children, Danielle (Scott), Christina (Shawn) Dean, and Lindsey (Michael); his grandchildren, Anathany, Santo, Tristan, Tyler, Madison, Peyton, and Wyatt; his sisters, Margaret Sullivan and Linda (Michael) McGraw; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Dana and Margaret Sullivan Sr.; and his siblings, Arthur and Paul Sullivan, and Patricia Lowell.

Dana was a Veteran of the US Marines, having served in Vietnam. He was a foreman and superintendent for the construction Laborer's 435 Union. Dana enjoyed playing cards, especially euchre, poker, and solitaire. He loved watching his children's and grandchildren's sporting events. He loved his family very much and will be missed by all of them.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 19th from 2 - 4 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton where Dana's Memorial Service will take place at 4:00 PM. Military Honors will follow the service. Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
