Obituary of Joyce M. Lasch

Hamlin - Joyce M. Lasch passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 70.  She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Wilma Lasch; her sisters, Judy (John) Hazen, Jan Meissner, and Jean (Dennis) Boldt.  She is survived by her brother, Richard (Diane) Lasch; her brother-in-law, Herb Meissner; her nieces and nephews, Paul (Char) Lasch, Mark (Cathy) Lasch, Ann List, Kelly (Bill) Carney, Katie (Kevin) Gundell, Doug (Angie) Meissner, Dan (Jody) Meissner, Tim (Amy) Boldt, Valerie (Rob) Scheffert and Cindy (Brian) Serrano; her great nieces and nephews, Jessica Herman, Lindsey Bohn, Victoria Cobb, Emma Lasch, Josh Boldt, Zoe Boldt, Kyrstin Gundell, Alyssa Gundell, Ryan Gundell, Brooke Meissner, Camryn Meissner, Mason Meissner, Hannah Carney, Kayla Carney, Matthew Carney, Lydia Babcock, Austin Meissner, Piper Meissner, Sophie Meissner, Ryan Lasch, David Lasch, Maddie Serrano, Faith Serrano, and Nate Serrano; and several great-great nieces and nephews.

Joyce was retired from her job as an Administrative Assistant for NYS Unified Courts, in Rochester, NY. She was a faithful member of St. John Lutheran Church in Hamlin. Her faith and her church family were very important to her. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews. In her leisure she enjoyed crafting, reading, bowling, traveling and making brownies. She will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend Joyce's Funeral Service on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church, 1107 Lake Road West Fork, Hamlin, NY 14464. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Lakeside Cemetery.
