Obituary of Frederick F. Hetzel

Rochester - Frederick F. Hetzel passed away on July 28, 2023 at the age of 88. He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly Ann Hetzel and his daughter, Sharon Gouger. He is survived by his children, Frederick S. (Earlene) Hetzel, and Mark (Lorraine) Hetzel; his son-in-law, Ron Gouger of AZ; his 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many dear friends and neighbors.

Frederick was retired from Rochester Telephone, where he worked in cable maintenance. In his leisure, he enjoyed collecting trains, fishing, boating, hunting on his land, and spending time with his dogs.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 10:00 am-12:00 noon at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where Frederick's Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon. Interment immediately following in Riverside Cemetery, 2650 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY 14612.
