Obituary of Howard W. Hueser

Hamlin - Howard William Hueser passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 81. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (January 21, 2019) ; and his parents, Martin and Florence Hueser. He is survived by his children, Michelle (Richard) Wood and Scott Hueser; his grandchildren, Richard and William Wood; his siblings, Barbara Baase, Garry Hueser, Roger (Linda) Hueser, and Larry Hueser; and his several nieces and nephews. 

Howard grew up farming with his family on Redman Road in Hamlin - raising cattle as well as grain and corn. At that time, he enjoyed showing his Hereford cows at State Fairs. Later on, Howard retired from his foreman position in the molds manufacturing department at Eastman Kodak. Howard was a dedicated member of the Hamlin Fire Department and Exempts - helping in the annual chicken barbecues and other various activities. He loved to watch his grandsons' wrestling competitions and was very proud of his family. He was a faithful member of St. John Lutheran Church all his life, and was a blessing to his congregation. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends in the community. 

Family and friends are invited to attend Howard's Memorial Service on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, 1107 Lake Road West Fork in Hamlin. Interment will take place in the spring of 2025 in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
